Ange Rakov, one of the founding partners of MetaForce, has been in the field of human resources for over fourteen years, and has been leading and managing people for over nineteen. Her professional experience includes creating and implementing human resource departments for two start-ups, as well as recreating – and turning around – two human resources departments for large multinational organizations.

Prior to founding MetaForce, Ange was Director of Human Resources for a start-up division of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, a worldwide technology consulting and outsourcing services organization. There she developed the company’s long- and short-term human resources strategies and practices. Ange was also Western Region Director of Human Resources for Pitney Bowes Management Services, which offers document management and communications solutions to customers across the globe. In addition, she was Director of Human Resources for Williams Worldwide Inc., a direct-response- TV advertising agency .

Ange consistently implements her values-based leadership philosophy and facilitates collaborative, high-performing, entrepreneurial cultures. She also successfully emphasizes strong operational partnerships and employee advocacy. Ange trains leaders to articulate and facilitate an organization’s vision, while empowering employees by including their wants and needs. In addition, Ange creates work environments where everyone in the company is engaged and has the ability to effectively work towards the organization’s shared vision.

Ange has a BA in Corporate Wellness and an MA in Organizational Leadership. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
