Sexual Harassment Prevention Training gets you compliant with California ’s law, AB 1825, which requires companies with 50 or more employees to train all supervisors in sexual harassment prevention.

Effective Management: the Nuts and Bolts is designed for anyone who manages people, and those aspiring towards management. The all-encompassing workshop integrates employment law, leadership issues, how to work through conflict, and how to coach employees for high-performance.

The Truth About Customer Service workshop is designed for anyone who interacts with customers. The workshop integrates what genuine customer care is, listening skills, communication styles, and how to work through conflict.

California’s new sexual harassment training law, AB 1825, went into effect on January 1, 2005. Now, if you have 50 or more employees, to be compliant with the law you need to get all of your supervisors trained. We offer training that makes that compliance easy.

We train managers in a fun interactive environment, using role-plays, lectures, group discussions, case study applications, games, and video. We will cover:

• The roles and responsibilities managers play in maintaining an environment free of harassment.
• How to identify sexual harassment behavior issues.
• The difference between sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Key steps that managers should follow if they see, hear of, or suspect a harassment issue.
• How to address and confront harassing situations.
• How to create an environment where employees respect and value each other as individuals.

We offer two options for the 2.5-hour Sexual Harassment Prevention Training. You can come to us and take one of our Public Workshops. Or, we’ll tailor it for you and bring the Onsite Workshop to you.

Public Workshop Details

• We offer workshops quarterly in Los Angeles and Orange County.
• Actors will demonstrate difficult materials in fun and easy-to-swallow role-plays.
• Included with the training are: two qualified facilitators, all course materials, training acknowledgement sheets, individual certificates of completion, and other appropriate documentation.

Onsite Workshop Details

• We’ll come to your location, as long as you’re located in California.
• We do everything we can to accommodate your schedule and work-shift requirements. We are available to facilitate the training Monday through Friday, both days and nights. We are also available weekends – however, there will be an additional fee.
